I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. My daughter works until 5 PM, exactly the same time the post office closes, which makes it impossible for her to collect her parcel in person. Because of this, she asked me to pick it up on her behalf and sent me the official reference number directly from her personal email.
Despite providing the correct reference number, I was refused the parcel because I did not have her ID with me. This makes no sense in today’s world, where all official communication is handled via email and reference numbers are meant to confirm identity and ownership. Expecting people to carry someone else’s ID at all times is completely unrealistic.
There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no attempt to offer a reasonable solution. This process is outdated, inconvenient, and very unfriendly to working people. Customers should not be treated this way for simply trying to collect their own parcels.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was told I could not collect my package for no reason. After I received these parcels I will happily never use these guys again.
